After more than 8 years working at Grupo Oesía, highlighting a single job has been quite difficult. I have chosen this exercise of Redesign of the corporate image 2022, because of its impact and because I was present in all phases of the project, from ideation to execution. At the end of this page, I have also added a summary of a few more projects that I have carried out during my experience at Grupo Oesía.
Grupo Oesía
Challenge
Modify the minimum to improve the maximum. That was the premise with which we carried out the entire redesign process.
Developing a whole new visual identity on all materials, a new brand storytelling, and a new web presence with a new app design system, and doing it in-house with almost no budget, was a spectacular challenge.
Solution
Putting the logo in a corporate color allowed us to go for white backgrounds, eliminating the purple blocks and circles, which gave the materials a “not modern” look.
At the same time, we stylized the diamond of the isotype, since the previous one had a white gradient underneath that gave many problems in its reproduction.
The new solution is much more customisable to all the new physical, online and 3D formats.
Result
Changing the entire corporate image of a company with 3,500 workers is a big enough challenge to take into account.
But also, developing a whole new visual identity in all the materials, a new brand storytelling, and a new web presence with a new design system for internal applications, was a very difficult task.

Management Day
Every year, Grupo Oesía celebrates its annual corporate event. This event consists of a week in which all the company’s managers share results, experiences and projects.
My work in these events varies from the conception of the theme or idea of the event, to the graphic representation of all the materials, and of course, designing all the presentations of the speakers.
UTO
Grupo Oesía launched in 2016 its Oesía Technological University (UTO), for which I designed all its corporate image, as well as all the materials derived from it (virtual campus, courses, presentations, conferences…) and the materials made for its launch (merchandising for employees, external publications, explanations of training itineraries, internal communications…)
Interpública
Redesign of the image of the product platform for Public Administration called Interpública, fully developed by Grupo Oesía.
In addition, I participated in the design and creation of slogans, user definition, marketing, presentation design, corporate materials, infographics, network campaigns…
Feindef
Dentro de la submarca Tecnobit – Grupo Oesía, dedicada a la Seguridad y Defensa, también he realizado muchos proyectos.
Por destacar uno, destaco la participación en ferias, en concreto la de Feindef, una feria internacional que tiene lugar cada dos años.
En la ultima edición, participé desde el diseño y gráficas del stand, hasta todo el material comercial, tanto físico como online, incluida una App propia para el evento.
